Harefield Place is located on The Drive, a private road, within half a mile of the A40M and one mile from Ickenham Village Centre. The site is in the Parish of Harefield which is part of Uxbridge District.

 

The historic building is a Grade II Listed Georgian Mansion and set within a 9 acre site with significant level changes from north to south, adjacent to and overlooking Uxbridge Golf Course.

The project comprised the conversion of the listed building into 9 apartments and the erection of a new building providing 16 flats with basement parking and leisure facilities.
