Risk Assessment
This online risk assessment training is suitable for anyone who has responsibility for carrying out a risk assessment of their workplace. The person carrying out the assessment can be the business owner, a manager, a supervisor or anyone else within the business who has the required knowledge and experience. Effective risk management follows an effective risk assessment. There are five key areas that should be included in all risk assessments; identifying the risk, who is likely to be harmed, an evaluation of the level of risk, recording the risk assessment and reviewing. Employers have a legal, financial and ethical duty to manage risks, reducing the associated costs with accidents and ill-health.
